Breaking a World Record

Bridle Up Hope, Utah Days of ‘47 Rodeo, and This is the Place Park rallied together to set a Guinness Book of World Record! On July 26th, we officially broke the world record for the most origami horses folded! We counted each horse one-by-one while on Zoom with Guinness Book of World Records for 7 hours and 30 minutes. The final count was 22,500 origami horses! Our original goal was 13,000, so we exceeded it by almost 10,000!

The success of this campaign will bring global attention to the State of Utah and to the life-changing services provided to Utah girls struggling with mental health issues. This increased awareness will allow for more girls to find hope and to feel the support of their community.
