Learning to love myself again.

Learning to love myself again.

When I first walked into Bridle Up Hope, I was both intimidated and excited. The large horses and the beautiful barn seemed too good to be true. I decided to join the program because I wanted to do something for myself for a change and prove that I could do anything I put my mind to. At the time, I was struggling with my self-esteem and hoped that engaging with the book *The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People* would help me implement positive changes in my life.

The program taught me to be proactive with my life and to live out my life mission. It also helped me to love and accept myself again.

Throughout the program, I worked closely with Sarah, my amazing trainer. She, along with the horses, played a crucial role in my journey. The trainers and horses work together to build you up and help you implement the habits both with the horses and in life. The horses brought out my youthful spirit and taught me to love myself. Riding them allowed me to build deep connections.

I met many incredible women who demonstrated resilience and love not only to the horses but also to each other. Sarah was incredible, offering me unconditional acceptance and support.

This program has truly changed my life and significantly boosted my self-belief.
